About The Department
The Electronic and Communication Engineering Department of Sri Venkateswara Polytechnic college was started in the year of 1984 with a student intake of 60.The Department has built up Laboratories in the areas of Electronic Devices and Electrical Circuits. Facilitating young Engineers to acquire technical exposure in the areas of Electronics and Communication Engineering, nurture career improvement and develops human and social intellectual qualities necessary for the successful practice of the profession. This department plays a vital role in training students of other branches of Engineering. The laboratories are well equipped with modern training facilities that cater to the requirements of the Anna University syllabus as well as the requirements of the industry.

- Research, design, development, and testing of electronic equipment utilised in diverse systems are all part of electronics and communications engineering (ECE). Engineers in electronics and communications also design communications and broadcast systems and supervise their production.
